Turkish thyme grows wild on the limestone hillsides and sun-baked plateaus of the Aegean and Mediterranean regions — İzmir, Denizli, Muğla, and Antalya provinces. The hot, dry summers and mineral-rich soils intensify the thymol and carvacrol content, giving Turkish thyme its characteristic warm, pungent, slightly minty aroma that sets it apart from other origins.

Harvested at peak season when essential oil concentration is highest, then carefully dried and processed in our ISO 22000 and BRC certified facility. Multi-stage de-stemming, sieving, color sorting, and metal detection ensure a clean product with minimal stem content.
